ADDITIONAL SERVICES
COLLECTION: Our bike collection service is available within a 6-mile radius of our workshop. We can collect your bike from your home, office, or any other location that is convenient for you. To arrange a collection, use our online booking system, or simply give us a call. We'll confirm the details with you and send one of our friendly team members to collect your bike at the agreed time.
When we collect your bike, we'll perform a quick inspection to ensure that it is in the condition that you described to us. We'll also take note of any specific instructions you may have regarding the service or repair work that you require.
RETURN: Once your bike has been serviced or repaired, we'll contact you to arrange a convenient time and location for the return. We aim to return your bike to you within 3-5 business days of completion, but this may vary depending on the type of service-parts availability.
When we return your bike, we'll perform another quick inspection to ensure that everything is in good working order. We'll also provide you with a full report of the work that was carried out and any recommendations we may have regarding future maintenance.
TURNAROUND TIME: Our standard turnaround time for bike repairs and servicing is 3-5 business days. However, this may vary depending on the nature of the work required and any necessary parts that need to be ordered. We'll always provide you with an estimated completion time when we collect your bike.
If there are any delays or changes to the estimated completion time, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
